The primary suite offers exceptional space, while the secondary bedrooms remain conveniently nearby. Over time, we thoughtfully invested in the home, updating major systems including the electrical and HVAC, not because we planned to leave, but because we planned to stay. Beyond the property itself, the location has been a gift. Easy access to Percy Warner Park made it simple to escape into nature, whether for a quick walk, a daily hike, or a chance to reconnect with the outdoors. The nearby community center, local businesses, fitness options, and everyday conveniences created a neighborhood that felt connected, welcoming, and easy to love. What we will miss most is the feeling this home created, the combination of space, light, character, nature, and community that made it such a special place to raise a family and build a life.
