A two bedroom penthouse with RARE PRIVATE ROOFTOP TERRACE framing the downtown skyline. Located in Historic Germantown in the boutique Elliot School building with only 22 total residences. Inside: 2,040 square feet, 2 bed / 2.5 bath, soaring ceilings, original plaster walls and brickwork, gorgeous windows and a custom kitchen. 2 dedicated parking spaces. Turnkey, no updates needed. A private rooftop deck, with a downtown skyline view over Bicentennial Park meaning there is only greenspace between you and the view, is something the city has almost none of.
