Welcome to your Smoky Mountain cabin in the heart of Wears Valley. Built in 2021, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath log cabin with an open loft sits on a wooded 0.54-acre lot with mountain views and no HOA. It is fully furnished and everything conveys, so you can move in or start hosting right away. Inside, vaulted ceilings and warm wood walls set the tone. The main level has a large great room with a fireplace, an open dining area, and a full kitchen with granite countertops. The primary bedroom and its bath are also on the main level. Upstairs, an open loft with a den area leads to a private second bedroom and a second full bath. It looks and feels like new, inside and out. The outdoor space is the real showstopper. A wraparound deck, rocking chairs on the covered porch, and a gazebo with a hot tub make this a spot you'll want to sit in all year. A fire pit area is ready for campfires and stargazing. Privacy is built in. The land behind the cabin is National Park land (the unbuilt Foothills Parkway corridor), so it cannot be built on and will stay undeveloped. The neighbors have also bought the adjoining land to block new construction, which adds even more privacy. The location is easy. The cabin sits low on the mountain with a driveway all the way up, and it is only 3 to 5 minutes to restaurants. You are minutes from Pigeon Forge and Dollywood, right on the border of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park near the Metcalf Bottoms entrance, and an easy drive to Townsend and Cades Cove. Investors, take note: the location, the furnishings, and the cabin appeal give this one strong short-term rental potential. It also works as a full-time home or a mountain getaway.
