There is margarita bar with a wet sink and ice maker in the living room! The ensuite is very spacious with a beautiful step-in tile shower. One of the bonus rooms has a three-level bunk and wall TV for the kids to enjoy. When the cabin was purchased in 2022, a major renovation began which included: new metal roof, paint inside and exterior, new flooring throughout, pine ceilings, tile bathrooms/showers, granite countertops, kitchen appliances, most new furniture, mattresses, TV's, hot tub, replaced the covered back deck, installed fencing and retaining walls, updated septic system, added vapor barrier to crawlspace and more! Extensive excavation for driveway retaining wall repair and installation to clear debris and grounds all around the home and landscaping. There are two 300 gallon holding tanks. (Bench on front porch and contents in crawlspace and shed are not included).
