Russellville, TN 37860 6519 Smoky Mountain Court

Cherokee Lake access building lot in Turner's Landing, Russellville. This 0.67-acre wooded homesite (Lot 135 on Smoky Mountain Court) sits inside one of East Tennessee's most established Cherokee Lake communities, with owner access to a covered-slip marina, a community boat ramp, an RV and boat storage area, and a tram that carries you from the parking area down to the water. Turner's Landing also borders a TVA-owned peninsula with a beach and picnic areas set aside for property owners, so time on Cherokee Lake becomes part of everyday life here. The lot's rolling, primarily wooded terrain is a natural fit for a walkout basement home, letting you tuck a lower level into the slope and open the main living level to the trees. Mature hardwoods give you privacy and a real sense of place, with room to selectively clear for your build. Public water, underground electric, community sewer, and high-speed internet are all at the road, so you move from plans to construction without chasing utilities. Turner's Landing is a single-family, site-built community. Building plans call for a minimum of 1,600 finished square feet for a single-story home or 1,800 for a two-story, each with an attached garage, and an Architectural Review Committee helps protect the wooded character and long-term value of the neighborhood. A low annual HOA fee covers the marina, ramp, storage, tram, trails, and common areas. You are roughly 7 miles from Morristown and under an hour from Knoxville, on a 30,000-acre TVA lake known for boating, fishing, and swimming. Bring your builder and your boat.
