Home Details
Turn-key Smoky Mountain cabin in the highly desirable gated Shagbark community! Currently operating as Be Still Cabin, this beautifully maintained 2-bedroom, 2-bath retreat offers over 1,560 sq ft, a private wooded setting, and an ideal layout for both short-term rental guests and personal mountain getaways.
The main level welcomes you with soaring vaulted wood ceilings, exposed beams, a stunning stone fireplace, granite countertops, and an updated owner's suite with a custom stone-tiled shower. Upstairs, a second private bedroom features its own updated ensuite bath, while the spacious loft has been transformed into a dedicated game and entertainment area. Two sleeper sofas provide additional sleeping accommodations, allowing the cabin to host up to eight guests.
Recent improvements continue outdoors, with freshly stained porches, a screened-in hot tub area, an inviting front porch with hammock swings and rocking chairs, and a cozy fire pit gathering space surrounded by Adirondack chairs and string lighting. Additional upgrades include a dedicated coffee bar, new dishwasher, updated lighting and décor, and numerous thoughtful touches throughout. The cabin is being offered fully furnished and ready for its next owner.
One of the property's standout features is its setting; wooded, shaded, and noticeably more private than many Smoky Mountain rentals. Shagbark also offers resort-style amenities including a 24/7 staffed gated entrance, seasonal pool, pickleball and sports courts, fitness trails, frisbee golf, dog park, playground, picnic areas, community center, and more.
Whether you're searching for an established short-term rental, a second home in the Smokies, or a private mountain retreat with income-producing potential, this cabin offers the rare combination of privacy, amenities, upgrades, and true turnkey convenience.
