Canton, MS 39046 232 Renfroe Road

This Renfroe Road 27.2 is extremely attractive on many fronts. A circular gravel drive coming off a paved county road places you in front of the relaxing 2 bedroom cabin. The front patio is covered and ready for rocking chairs and coffee!. A screened in side patio is good for gathering or grilling or both. a Laundry room big enough for some extra beds, an office, xtra den or play room gives plenty of room to expand inside. There is a new 1 acre pond built on the property. Fully stocked and returning fun catches already including bream and bass. Pond has structure, pea gravel beds. small boat launch, feeder, and aquatic plants and cypress trees already in place. An impressive water shed was created to gather rain and this little pond has shown a propensity to remain full even in the hot summer days. The owners built the pond and strategically used the dirt to raise the level of the rear to a level that allows full views of the property from the cabin. This property is very impressive in its ability to hold turkeys and boasts the ability to give ample opportunities at deer hunting. Both are prominent and visit often. A private food plot tucked into the trees is also enjoyable. Full access to every corner of the property is easy on a maintained trail system, and golf cart accessible so sxs's, trucks, and 4-wheelers are more than enough. The owner prefers to walk. There is a 2nd small pond that is much more rustic and less refined but provides shaded water and refuge for wildlife. The property will come with 2 storage sheds. One was purchased new and one was existing. The owner has made this property turn key in its maintenance, improvements, and every square foot maximized for enjoyment. Live in the cabin while you build a forever home, or make it a weekend place to get away. Renfroe Road and this area continue to grow in popularity and its proximity to Madison and Gluckstadt make it a very attractive place to enjoy with anyone or no one.
